Refunds and Returns

To organise a return please email service@elevenworkwear.com.au.

Our friendly team will create a return authorisation number for you and instruct you on how to send your item back.

We offer FREE* returns on any orders sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. (Australia only)

For all International orders, you will need to pay the cost of shipping to return your items.

 

To help us process your return please follow the below steps:

• Ensure all tags are still on the product, and where possible packaging still intact 

• Package the returning items nicely to avoid any damage in transit 

• Include a copy of the invoice 

• Mark the package as RETURNS 


How will my money be refunded?

Your money will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used to place the order. 


How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your goods have been received, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be credit back to your financial institution. 


Can I return my goods to a stockist?

Yes, you can return your item to an RSEA Safety store, you must take in your invoice as proof of purchase. The staff at the store will be able to arrange a refund or exchange on the spot for you. 

Note: If a refund is needed, it will be refunded in the form of your original payment method ie to your credit card. 


Can I exchange an item in my order?

No, Items can only be returned for a refund. To order a new size simply place a new order for the correct size.  


What happens if I want to return and item after the 30 day period?

Items can be returned if unused and in original packaging (with tags) up to 60 days after purchase. 

There will be a shipping fee to return the item, contact our customer service team on service@elevenworkwear.com.au to arrange. 

Alternatively, you can return the item to an RSEA Safety Store, find a store now.


How do I return something that is faulty?

We provide full warranty for our ELEVEN Workwear products and other products sold on this site. 

Please email our Customer Service team on service@elevenworkwear.com.au to discuss the fault and arrange a return. 

There is no shipping fee for items that are faulty and need to be returned.
